An EC Credit Control Franchisee has typically been a successful business person prior to being granted a franchise by EC Credit Control.

The Franchisee will have owned or operated a business or have held a senior position within a large corporate.

They will also have strong people management skills, and be experienced in training, business planning and leadership.

They must be able to effectively create a team and then motivate and lead it through a period of rapid business growth and advancement.

The successful franchisee will be given extensive training in New Zealand and Australia.
